Erik’s Ranch & Retreats is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating a world where young adults with autism can thrive as valued contributors. We provide purposeful employment, skill-building opportunities, and vibrant community living at our two extraordinary locations: a working guest ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana, and a boutique retreat in Edina, Minnesota. Members lead immersive guest experiences—bringing their passions to life through activities like horsemanship, outdoor adventures, nature tours, art, cooking, and storytelling. Through these guest-led programs, residents gain confidence, independence, and practical life and social skills, all while forming meaningful relationships with visitors from around the world. Every stay supports the mission.
