Artist Statement
Texture, line and movement are the first things that influence me to create wearable sculptures. I like to keep the shapes minimal but also have a curious factor to their form and flow. Subtle curves and light catching indentions. Swinging with the gestures of the wearer. Natural patinas added, the natural chemical reactions creating their own surprise bringing contrast, color and depth that can't be truly replicated. I am creating work that is someone else's armor.
