Artist Statement

I am a movement artist that invites others into embodiment despite existing in a disembodied world. I create and facilitate movement to connect—people to their stories, their essence, and each other. Influenced by my roots and ever growing curiosity, my work blends hip hop foundations, healing practices, and collaborative experiments. Movement is my language of healing and connection, unearthing the uniqueness within every body. Fascinated by how the body shifts through movement—where science and creativity meet—I see art as both playful inquiry and profound medicine. I aim to break barriers, build bridges, and awaken others through movement.
