Sewing Jar has continuously evolved since it was founded in 2020 when Jeremy Givens called Michael Blair and asked “Do you want to record some demos? I’m calling the band Sewing Jar.”
Sewing Jar has written and recorded many many demos.
As well as two full length lps Dinosaur Forest in 2023 and Classic Hoots in 2025.
Sewing Jar is currently a sextet featuring Singer/Songwriter Noah Bailey, Multi-Instrumentalist Nick Andreoli, Baritone Saxophonist D. Hayes Smith, Drummer Michael Karnowski, Michael Blair on Bass and Jeremy Givens on Lead Guitar /Vocals
