Artist Statement
Through my work, I invite viewers into the way I see the world, slightly tilted, observant, and tender toward the small, strange moments of being human. I hope each comic meets someone exactly where they are that day, giving them a brief sense of relief or recognition. If, even for a second, my work can pull someone out of the chaos and transport them into another perspective, then it has done its job. I want people to pause, look at my art, and think, “Huh, I never thought of it that way.”
