I started drawing from a very young age, and making art for most of my life. While finishing my BFA, I discovered ceramics and was immediately hooked. I took to the wheel early on and developed my skills, but as I've matured in my practice, I've come to embrace hand building. Now I incorporate both approaches equally. I have been making pots for 25 years now and still feel like there's so much more to explore with clay.
