As an expressive art therapist, I facilitated art groups with writing and painting. After a traumatic brain injury, I began to paint intuitive abstracts, playing piano, and illustrating the children’s book I wrote, immersing myself into an artistic transpersonal healing journey. With time and patience, I made significant improvements, healing psyche and soma simultaneously. I love painting; it connects me with the creative muse, the soul, my inner voice speaking to me in colors and shapes. And I enjoy the process of creating, letting the art guide me instead of controlling it.
